Sizing for Comfort: Choosing the Right Size for Camis

Camisoles

For tween girls making the transition to bras and training bras, a cami will be her best friend. Our Pearl and Shell camisoles are made with built-in bras for extra support, while our Jane and Square Top camis are made with supportive fabric that can be worn over her bra of choice.

We always recommend purchasing true-to-size, or if she’s between sizes, size up. When measuring for Pearl and Shell camisoles, measure her bust the same way you would measure for a bra fitting to find the most comfortable fit. For Jane and Square Top, her standard girl size number will be a great fit, but the top can fit more snugly with a bra underneath. Each cami’s designed to be more fitted when worn with a training bra or other bra types. If she prefers a looser fit while wearing a bra, we recommend sizing up.

Tee Shirts

Yellowberry currently offers two signature tees: Berry Girl and Run Like a Girl. Each style is meant to inspire action, motivation, and boost self-esteem through girl power. For sizing, we recommend choosing the closest size to her standard size, and sizing up if she’s between sizes. Camis are made to be slouchy and roomy, perfect for an effortless look.

Our Adventure hoodie is made for the active girl who can’t be slowed down by weather, and is perfect to layer over girls’ camis, t-shirts, and more. You can select her standard size based on the sizing chart on the product page–but we recommend sizing up if she is between sizes so she can comfortably wear her favorite tops under this zip-up hoodie.
